OUR GRAZING TABLES ARE A DELICIOUS, EYE-CATCHING PRESENTATION GUARANTEED TO WOW

All grazing tables feature premium charcuterie choices, gourmet cheese selections, accoutrements (including nuts, dried fruit, and olives), in-season fruits and vegetables, artisanal crackers, fresh pieces of bread, jams, local honey, and more! We thoroughly plan each table and add personalized touches based on color, theme, and occasion.
We offer two options for setups: Flat Graze & a Dimensional setup using layered trays and stands.

  • SALADS

    Caprese

    Romaine, baby tomatoes, basil, & mozzarella. Balsamic vinaigrette is served on the side.

    Greek

    Romaine, red onions, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, crumbled feta, & cucumber. Red wine vinegar & EVOO are served on the side.

    Italian

    Romaine, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions. Italian vinaigrette is served on the side.

    Caesar

    Romaine, Parmesan cheese, house-made croutons. Caesar dressing is served on the side.

    House (Charcuterie Addicts Special)

    Spinach, walnuts, strawberries, goat cheese, shallots. Strawberry vinaigrette is served on the side.

  • Artisan Sandwiches

    Italian Country: Salami, prosciutto, provolone, red onion, mayo, and butter lettuce tossed in olive oil and Italian seasonings. Served on French bread.

    Caprese: Mozzarella, tomato, basil pesto, as a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Served on ciabatta.

    C.A. :Prosciutto, salami, Brie, fig jam, roasted red bell, peppers, and baby arugula. Served on ciabatta.
